Port on the Pacific coast of southern Peru.When the west 5 area standard is adopted.The maximum draft is equivalent to the draft of a 45000 DWT vessel.The loading density of water is 1025.Westerly winds prevail.The tidal range is about 1.82 meters, the navigation is forced, and the communication is via VHF channels 16 and 12.May 1 is a port holiday and the working hours last 24 hours.Port service facilities include: boats, medical treatment, supplies and repatriation, no ship repair, fueling, dry dock, traction, sewage, fresh water.The deep-water breakwater in the harbor is 304.8 meters long, with two berths, each 196.4 meters long and 10.97 meters deep.A quay is 105.12 meters long and the minimum water depth is 7.01 meters. The breakwater berth is mainly used for fish meal export shipment.The other breakwater, 457.2m long, was originally owned by Peru Southern Copper Mine Co., Ltd.The berths on both sides are 182.88 meters long and 10.97-18.28 meters deep. The ship's equipment is used to unload cargo.The first offshore oil tanker berth is 0.5km away from Yiluo town in the north. There is a 6-inch diameter submarine oil pipeline connecting the offshore oil tanker berth with the oil storage tanks of the town's refineries.The berth is also equipped with a 4-inch pipeline to export fish oil.The second offshore oil tanker berth, 12.87 km north of Yiluo Town, has an 8-inch diameter submarine oil pipe leading to the storage tank of copper mine company.The first offshore oil tanker berth can moor 45000 DWT oil tankers.
