Overview:

      It is located in the lower reaches of ghazaieh River in the southwest of Iran, about 50N miles away from the estuary, about 5N miles away from Bandar k-homeyni in the southeast, and bordering on the north side of the Persian Gulf. It is an Iranian oil product export port, managed by Iran National Petroleum Corporation.It has a temperate continental climate with northwest wind prevailing.The annual average temperature was 18-30 ℃, the highest was 46 ℃ and the lowest was 1 ℃.The annual average rainfall is about 250mm.The maximum tidal range is about 5.8m.The main berth of the port area is a T-shaped jetty with 6 berths. The coastline is 1350m long and the maximum water depth is 13.6m.There are 152.4-406.4mm diameter oil pipelines and tugs for loading and unloading equipment, among which the largest power of tug is 1103kw.Handling efficiency: 2500 tons of diesel per hour, 5000 tons of fuel per hour, 2200 tons of gasoline per hour, 2100 tons of naphtha per hour.The depth of the anchorage is 17m.The import and export goods of the port are mainly oil products.
