Overview:

      Khomeini Bandar is located in the southwest of a small island in musabar Bay in the northwest of the Persian Gulf. In the north, there is a railway crossing the Strait to the mainland such as Tehran. In the west, it is about 80 km from Abadan port, in the northeast, 62 km from mashur oil port, 535 nautical miles from Abbas in the southeast, and 2320 nautical miles from kollunpo port.The port area used to be on both sides of the railway terminal, with East and West wharves, East wharves, barge basin and grain import wharves in the East.
