VHF channels 6, 12, 16 for communication. Port service facilities include: medical treatment, supplies and repatriation, no ship repair, fuel filling, dry dock, small boat, traction, fresh water and sewage facilities. The port is a special sugar export port with 2 berths: a bulk sugar berth, with a depth of 9.2m and a length of 122 meters, and an hourly shipment of 1100 tons; A syrup berth, 131 meters long and 7.47 meters deep. The port exports about 330000 tons of syrup a year.
