我们收到伊斯坦布尔机场的官方信函，谨向您通报关于伊斯坦布尔阿塔图尔克机场（ISL）部分业务转场到伊斯坦布尔新机场（IST，西岸机场三字代码查询）运营的转场计划：
1、转场工作计划于4月5日上午03：00开始，并于4月7日凌晨00：00完成。
2、在4月5日下午22：00到4月6日上午10：00期间，除了材料及设备能从阿塔图尔克机场运出之外，一切收货、提货业务都不进行。一切公共车辆和私家车都不允许进入机场。
3、为了最大限度地减少4月6日10：00到23：59期间在高速公路上的车辆，最大限度减少收货、官方需求的运输以及类似操作，一切私人及乘客的运输需求都拿不到安全通行证。在4月6日23：59之后，通行恢复，可正常前往机场办理业务。

Dear Valued Business Partners,
Due to the official letter received from Istanbul Airport (IGA), we would like to kindly inform you regarding airport movement plan:
- The movement process is planned to start on April 5th at 03:00 and be completed on April 7th at 00.00.
- Within the period from 5 April 22:00 until 6 April 10:00, besides the materials or equipments intended to be transported from the Ataturk Airport or from another directions , even goods or cargo acceptance, personnel transportation and the like, no public or private vehicles will be allowed into the airport.
- To minimize the vehicle traffic on highways on April 6th from 10:00 to 23:59, minimization of cargo acceptance, office needs shipments and similar operations other than the personnel and passenger necessities will enable a planned and safe moving process. After April 6th 23:59, all passings will be free in line with your requirements within the scope of the regulations established and being implemented to date by the airport management.
Sharing above-stated information with your cargo customers and service providers will be highly appreciated.
